Bryan Health will file all claims with most major insurance companies. Please be aware this is not a guarantee of insurance coverage. You may be responsible for a copay, co-insurance, or out-of-network coverage deductible. All patients are encouraged to check with their insurance company for information regarding laboratory benefits. Bryan Health will send a separate bill for their services related to laboratory testing.
